Currently, they are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative focused on generating leads and conducting outreach through email campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in email marketing and lead generation who is eager to grow in their career and eventually take on an Account Executive role. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, crafting outreach campaigns, setting up meetings, and managing lead lists.
Responsibilities:
Target a broad range of companies, including SMBs, startups with investment funding, and businesses with $1M+ in revenue that lack a CMO but have marketing budgets;
Generate qualified leads through targeted personalized email campaigns and outreach efforts;
Build and maintain lead lists using tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator;
Set up meetings between qualified leads and Account Executives; your target would be at least 10 meetings booked per month;
Monitor and refine outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role, especially through email campaigns.
Familiarity with tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (Reach.ly experience is a plus).
Strong written communication skills, with a focus on crafting effective email campaigns.
Self-motivated, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
Persistence - you do not hesitate to write lots of follow-ups or call them when potential clients are not answering, and you will continue reaching out to them until you get a clear yes/no response.
Excellent organizing skills - you track each step in the system, always check that everything is done on time, never forget about clients and proactively follow them up, always put all the needed information into the needed folders/databases, etc.
A desire to grow within the company, with the potential to move into an Account Executive role and do the full cycle of sales, based on performance.
Not necessary but will be a great plus:
Knowledge of the Spanish language.
Experience selling marketing services.
Working hours:
To make sure you can work with clients in the US and your team members, we’ll need you to be ready to have an approximate schedule of working between 9 am to 6 pm in any American time zone (you may check the time difference via the link).
What we offer:
Full-time job (8 working hours per day, Monday-Friday). Please note that we will not consider candidates planning to combine several jobs.
Remote work. You may be located in almost any country, just need a good Internet connection, a computer to work from, and the opportunity to adjust your working schedule for the team.
