We (company name will be shared during private conversations, with a big announcement coming soon) are an innovative influencer marketing platform transforming how brands engage with micro and nano influencers. Our AI-powered solution helps brands connect with the right creators, enabling them to streamline campaigns, manage content, and track performance with ease. Currently expanding across the MENA region and the US, we are now looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to drive our advanced AI initiatives.

Founded by Alex Gadalin, Vito Strokov, Rami Saad, and Justin Krup, our company is revolutionizing influencer marketing by bridging the gap between brands and micro-influencers. Alex, Vito, Rami, and Justin each bring a wealth of experience in engineering, product development, and business strategy, creating a platform that makes influencer campaigns accessible and effective for brands of all sizes.

About the role:

As the Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will develop and scale AI systems that enable our platform to effectively match influencers with brands, perform sentiment analysis, and ensure content quality and safety. You’ll work closely with our product, engineering, and business teams to enhance the precision and effectiveness of our campaigns, ultimately delivering better outcomes for both influencers and advertisers.

Key responsibilities:

Develop matching algorithms: Design and implement ML algorithms to identify and match influencers to campaigns based on criteria such as content quality, audience engagement, and sentiment analysis.
Analyze influencer and audience sentiment: Use NLP and sentiment analysis tools to evaluate content quality, safety, and alignment with brand goals.
Enhance targeting and personalization: Create models that optimize campaign targeting, ensuring brands can effectively reach their ideal audiences through the right influencers.
Drive scalable AI solutions: Build robust, scalable ML models that can support thousands of influencers and campaigns, enhancing our platform’s ability to manage campaigns efficiently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work alongside product, design, and back-end engineering teams to integrate ML solutions seamlessly into the platform’s API-driven architecture.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in machine learning, with a focus on scalable AI solutions.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset for building impactful AI-driven solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative approach to cross-functional team engagement.

Preferred qualifications:

Strong background in NLP, sentiment analysis, and recommendation systems.
Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms, particularly in deploying scalable AI/ML models.
