Right now, the Triple Double Real Estate team is seeking a Financial Analyst with strong financial modeling expertise to join the growing team. In this role, you’ll develop projections, analyze property investments, and contribute to the growth of our portfolio. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in financial modeling, ideally within real estate or private equity (though this is a plus, not a requirement). We need a self-starter with a keen eye for detail, who can think critically and problem-solve independently.
Key responsibilities:
Create detailed financial projections, including discounted cash flows, internal rate of return, and net present value calculations.
Conduct financial analysis across various asset classes, including office, multifamily, hotel, and retail properties.
Assist with portfolio performance analysis, cash flow projections, and funding evaluations.
Provide clear, actionable financial insights to support investment and management decisions.
Assist in preparing investment memorandums, compiling underwriting results and market data into presentations.
Provide strategic recommendations on potential investment opportunities.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
2-3 years in financial modeling, preferably in real estate or private equity.
Strong financial modeling skills, including DCF, IRR, and NPV calculations.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with relevant financial software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Excellent attention to detail – you should be the person who cares about every small detail while working with numbers.
Strong self-reliance and the ability to create solutions and make decisions on your own with the minimum required confirmations. If you don't know something, you need to be independent enough to Google, ask team members, and not get stuck on a problem.
Working hours:
This is a full-time remote position, with flexibility around EST hours. We welcome candidates from LatAm, Kazakhstan, or other locations willing to overlap with EST (Miami time, check the time difference via the link).
What we offer:
Full-time job (8 working hours per day, Monday-Friday). Please note that we will not consider candidates planning to combine several jobs.
