Core responsibilities (we’ll provide comprehensive training to help you succeed):

Outreach campaigns:
Plan and execute personalized outreach campaigns targeting potential clients and partners.
Monitor LinkedIn and other professional networks for engagement opportunities and initiate outreach when relevant.

Network engagement:
Stay updated with posts and activities from former clients and LinkedIn contacts.
Execute outreach campaigns to nurture relationships, ensuring sustained engagement and fostering trust.

Lead management:
Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to ensure consistent communication and build strong relationships.
Manage the pipeline by following up on potential leads to encourage conversions and drive growth.

Lead follow-Up:
Strategically follow up with potential leads, building trust over time, and advancing them through the sales funnel.
Additional possible tasks (when core tasks are completed):

Newsletter management:
Write and distribute newsletters to key audiences, keeping them informed about company updates, new opportunities, and industry news.

Partnership management:
Collaborate with referral partners to create joint posts and initiatives that promote mutual growth.
Prepare and manage content for collaborative publications and campaigns to expand brand reach.

Webinar organization:
Plan, host, and manage webinars on platforms like LinkedIn to share valuable industry insights and foster engagement with potential clients and partners.

Event organization:
Plan and coordinate offline events, ensuring they offer opportunities to create meaningful connections and boost Hire5’s brand presence.
What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking a fresh graduate eager to learn and grow. No prior experience is required, but the ideal candidate should possess:
A strong willingness to learn and take on repetitive operational tasks.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in every task.
Solid writing skills for professional communication.
A proactive and responsible attitude toward work.
