Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Instagram Reels and TikTok Producer/Editor to shape the digital presence of a thought leader who shares insights on feminism, women balancing careers and family, and personal growth. This is a unique opportunity to create impactful, viral content that resonates with a growing audience and builds a strong personal brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trend spotting: Identify viral trends on Instagram and TikTok by closely monitoring both platforms. Quickly adapt and tailor these trends to align with the creator’s voice and message.

• Content creation: Conceptualize, script, and edit high-quality Instagram Reels and TikToks that engage and grow the audience. Your goal is to ensure our content is among the first to catch the wave of new trends.

• Audience growth: Leverage your experience managing and growing large social media accounts to optimize content for visibility, engagement, and follower growth across both platforms.

• Strategy alignment: Collaborate with the creator to ensure content aligns with her themes of feminism, career, family, and equality.

• Creative ownership: Take full ownership of the creative process, from brainstorming ideas to publishing polished content.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in creating Instagram Reels and TikToks, with a portfolio showcasing viral content.

• Deep understanding of trends and algorithms on Instagram and TikTok, with a passion for staying ahead of the curve.

• Experience managing or leading multiple large social media accounts, demonstrating a strong grasp of what works to build and grow a following.

• Ability to move quickly, producing content in real-time to capitalize on emerging trends.

• Strong editing skills and familiarity with popular tools for video editing and content creation.

• Passion for topics related to feminism, women in the workplace, and family-life balance.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt content to the tone and voice of the creator.

Working hours:

Your working hours can be flexible, however, you’ll need to adjust to the manager's time zone for calls & messages. Most often, she is located in Los Angeles, USA (PST time zone,).

• Full-time job (8 working hours per day, Monday-Friday).
