This company is a stealth-mode startup revolutionizing the workspace market with innovative silent booths designed for open office environments. These booths provide a quiet, private space for calls, meetings, and focused work. They’ve partnered with a top-tier Chinese manufacturer under an exclusivity contract to bring their product to the US market. As a self-funded venture, they’re building strategically and seeking a driven sales professional to help establish and grow their presence.
Right now, they are looking for an experienced Full-Cycle SDR to spearhead sales efforts in the US market. This role is perfect for a proactive self-starter ready to take ownership of the entire sales process - from lead generation to closing deals. You'll be the first sales hire, working closely with the Chief Business Development Officer to build sales processes and generate the momentum needed to drive the company forward. Key responsibilities:
Lead Generation: identify and qualify potential customers (workspace managers, HR directors, COOs, etc., of mid-sized companies) using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, and instantly.ai.
Outreach: execute outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, cold calling, and email sequences to engage decision-makers.
Closing deals: conduct sales calls with qualified leads, effectively explain product value, and close deals — no demos required for this straightforward product.
Market testing: use feedback from prospects to refine outreach strategies and identify key pain points and market opportunities.
Process building: help establish and improve sales processes, CRM systems, and outreach strategies.
Collaboration: work with subcontractors managing digital marketing campaigns to align inbound and outbound sales efforts.
What we're looking for:
At least 3+ years of experience in B2B sales through LinkedIn, cold calling, and emails, with a proven track record in the US market. Background in selling commercial furniture or workspace solutions is a major plus.
Strong cold calling, outreach, and communication skills. Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle.
Familiarity with sales tools, i.e. Apollo, Instantly, Linkedin SalesNav, etc.
Exceptional English skills, both written and spoken.
Comfort building sales processes from scratch.
Comfortable working in a startup environment where processes may not be fully established. Ability to quickly adjust strategies based on what works best for the business.
A self-starter who can take initiative, work independently, and hold themselves accountable to meeting goals without requiring constant oversight.
Comfortable testing different sales techniques to identify the most effective approaches in a new market.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies, ensuring streamlined outreach efforts and efficient lead management.
Working hours:
This is a full-time remote position, you'll need to work during the standard EST business hours - from 9 am to 5 pm Miami time (check the time difference via the link).
What we offer:
Full-time job (8 working hours per day, Monday-Friday). Please note that we will not consider candidates planning to combine several jobs.
