With automated services and an intuitive interface, we simplify the process of running full nodes, masternodes, and validators across 77 Proof-of-Stake blockchain protocols, hosting tens of thousands of nodes globally.
In addition, we contribute to the blockchain ecosystem by offering complimentary tools and RPC endpoints for over 100 blockchain protocols via publicnode.com, enabling users and developers to engage with their preferred blockchain networks and build innovative solutions!
We are a small, agile team seeking a driven Global Crypto Sales Manager to lead sales efforts independently, delivering measurable results in a fast-evolving industry. If you have deep crypto expertise, an extensive network, and a passion for closing big deals, we’d love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities:

Sales leadership:
Drive the promotion and sales of company’s infrastructure services, including staking, re-staking, and node hosting, to institutional clients such as crypto funds, exchanges, and enterprises.
Develop and execute sales strategies to close large-scale deals ($5-20M).

Network building:
Leverage an existing network of crypto professionals to identify and pursue leads.
Cultivate long-term relationships with high-value clients, taking them through multi-month sales cycles.
Attend global conferences and events to build the brand and expand your network.

Independent execution:
Operate autonomously, identifying opportunities, creating strategies, and delivering results without direct supervision.
Use tools of your choice to manage leads, track progress, and report outcomes.
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales within the cryptocurrency or blockchain space, with experience closing high-ticket deals.
An established network in the crypto ecosystem is essential.
Fluent English speaker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Must be able to travel on short notice without visa delays.
Willingness to travel globally for conferences, client meetings, and events.
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance; we’re not here to teach — you’re here to deliver.

Performance-based compensation: salary + commission. Payments are preferred in cryptocurrency but can be made in USD if needed.
