With enterprise clients already onboarding and a strong technical foundation, we’re entering a new growth phase—and looking for a strategic, hands-on marketer to drive it forward.
About the Role
We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of our paid acquisition, content strategy, and funnel development. This role is both strategic and executional. You will work closely with the founding team, external agencies, and our in-house writer to build scalable, high-converting marketing programs.
You won’t be responsible for running PPC campaigns, writing blog posts or LinkedIn content from scratch — but you will drive the strategy, review content for clarity and alignment, and coordinate execution across stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Paid Acquisition
Manage the relationship with our PPC agency across LinkedIn and Google Ads
Review audience targeting, ad creatives, and campaign performance
Coordinate landing page updates with our internal team
Track performance metrics and optimize for conversions
Content Strategy & Distribution
Own the content calendar using the Hygiene–Hub–Hero model
Work with our writer to shape blog posts, case studies, and thought leadership
Review and approve drafts to ensure strategic alignment and tone consistency
Coordinate distribution across LinkedIn (company and founder pages), blog, and email
Funnel Optimization & Lifecycle
Oversee the user journey from ad click to Calendly booking
Identify and plug funnel gaps to maximize lead quality and conversions
Cross-Team Coordination
Align deliverables across the writer, designer, agency, and internal dev (landing pages)
Ensure the agency is set up for success
Own performance reporting and insights for the founding team
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in growth marketing, B2B SaaS preferred
Proven ability to manage content strategy (not necessarily write it)
Hands-on experience with PPC platforms or managing paid media agencies
Understanding of funnel optimization, remarketing, and email sequences
Strong project management and communication skills
Bonus: Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, alcohol, finance)
Working hours:
You'll need to overlap with your colleagues for at least 3-4 hours per day during their business hours, Pacific Time Zone (you may check the time difference via the link).
