Sales & Retail Partnerships Manager — US launch for Pari Satiss beauty brand

Introducing Pari Satiss, a premium beauty brand founded by Natalia Dichkovska. We believe skincare is a ritual — a moment to feel grounded and radiant. Our signature formulas support maturing, sensitive, and oily skin types with powerful all-natural ingredients and a refined approach to tools like our unique gua sha. Already loved by clients abroad, we are now launching in the United States and are ready to make our mark on the beauty retail scene.
We’re looking for a Retail Sales & Distribution Manager who will get us on shelves — starting from independent beauty stores to regional retailers, and eventually big box or prestige chains. You should already have a base of retail contacts and the proven experience of putting beauty brands into stores in the US.
What you’ll do:
Own and execute the retail expansion strategy in the US.
Pitch and close deals with independent beauty retailers, local chains, and boutiques.
Manage everything from paperwork to shipment tracking (with support from the logistics team).
Maintain a master Excel (or CRM of your choice) to track conversations, commitments, and delivery deadlines.
Negotiate with retailers — especially around payment terms (we allow max 2-month delay).
Work closely with our digital marketing and PR/SMM teams for promotional alignment.
Bring your own market knowledge — tell us where we need to go (NY, CA, TX, etc.) and what it takes.
Build a revenue stream of $10–11K/month as a baseline to start with.
Who we’re looking for:
Experienced Sales Pro in Beauty: you’ve launched skincare or beauty products in the US before and know how to get into stores.
Retail-first mindset: experience with traditional retail is a must; e-comm/marketplace knowledge is a plus.
Connected: you have your own network in the beauty space and can get us in the room.
Gritty and Self-directed: we’re moving fast — no time for endless decks or theory. We want action.
Organized operator: you’ll be our go-to for tracking who we spoke to, what we shipped, and what’s outstanding.
Strong communicator & fluent in English.
Working hours:
Flexible, but 9 am - 5 pm or 10 am - 6 pm EST working hours would be beneficial to cover most of the US time zones (check the time difference via this link).
Location:
Ideally based in the US (FL, NY, CA, TX, NJ, WA, etc.).
Open to strong remote candidates in LATAM or Eastern Europe with US retail beauty experience.

Full-time job (8 working hours per day, Monday-Friday).
Remote work: You may be located in almost any country; You just need a good Internet connection, a computer to work from, and the opportunity to adjust your working schedule for the team.

Compensation in USD, with salary details discussed during the interview process.
