From high-end fashion events to tech conferences and personal brand storytelling, they create content that doesn’t just look good—it hits different. Founded by Jo Vasquez, a seasoned creative director with 27+ years of experience across political campaigns, corporate media, and fashion, our work thrives on emotional connection and visual rhythm.

Now, they’re scaling—and we’re looking for creative, hungry, and highly responsible video editors to join their growing crew. Whether you’re a rising junior with drive or a seasoned editor looking for something fresh, we want to hear from you.

🎯What will you do?

1) Edit high-volume, high-impact content

• Edit video content for event recaps, social media reels, personal branding pieces, and corporate highlights.
  
  

• Work with multi-camera footage from live events, including conferences and fashion shows.
  
  

• Adapt style and pacing based on audience—corporate, tech, or lifestyle brands.
  
  

2) Manage the entire post-production flow

• Sync, cut, color correct, and polish raw footage into clean, engaging edits.
  
  

• Add sound design, subtitles, and basic effects when needed.
  
  

• Maintain creative flow while meeting deadlines—sometimes quick, sometimes more complex.
  
  

3) Collaborate & learn from a creative director

• Work directly with Jo for feedback, vision, and creative alignment.
  
  

• Review notes through platforms like Framer.io and join feedback calls when needed.
  
  

• Use the company's internal manual and learn editing frameworks designed to push your creative edge.
  
  

4) Cloud-based editing & workflow

• Use DaVinci Resolve (Jo’s must-have editing tool) and collaborate in the cloud.
  
  

• Stay organized in Asana and Notion—Jo will assign tasks and deadlines there.
  
  

• Occasionally, source from their stock libraries (access to everything you need: music, AI tools, effects, stock content, etc.).

🔧Requirements:

Tools & Tech

• Proficient in DaVinci Resolve (non-negotiable).

• Experience with color correction, sound design, and subtitles.

• Comfort with cloud workflows and collaboration tools like Framer.io, Notion, and Asana.

Creative & technical skills

• Strong sense of storytelling, rhythm, and emotion.

• Able to create a lot of content quickly without sacrificing quality.

• Eye for detail—especially in color, audio, and pacing.

Soft skills

• Responsibility, discipline, and creativity are non-negotiable.

• Proactive attitude: meet or beat deadlines, communicate clearly, and solve problems independently.

• Excited to learn new techniques, take feedback, and improve.

• Bonus if you’re interested in AI-powered editing tools—we love innovation.

• Teamwork - you have a strong desire to help the company grow and are ready to share ideas and propose improvements.

• Organizing skills - you manage your time effectively and know what you need to do a few days or weeks ahead.

Working hours:

Full-time role with flexible hours. Jo is in Miami, USA, and you’ll sometimes overlap to have calls, but overall, you may work whenever it’s convenient - just make sure to meet the deadlines and bring results.
