About the role:

We’re seeking an experienced, self-sufficient Senior Back-End Developer to join the team. In this role, you’ll be free to architect solutions while contributing directly to its core product: a live healthcare cloud platform. You’ll work on enhancements, new features, and potentially even machine learning (ML) and AI-driven functionalities to keep the product at the forefront of the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Feature Development: Design, build, and maintain new platform features in collaboration with product and engineering teams.

• Codebase Ownership: Ensure quality through regular bug fixes, code reviews, and active involvement in its shared codebase.

• System Architecture: Architect and refine backend solutions

• Cross-Functional Projects: Support “side projects” that enhance product versatility or add value delivered to clients.

• Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the international team, ensuring alignment with the worldwide team culture.

What we need to bring (Hard Skills):

• Back-End Development: 5+ years in Back-End development with strong skills in Python.

• Data Warehousing and Cloud: Proficiency with AWS and data warehousing solutions, especially Snowflake.

• Frontend Familiarity: Experience with React (for full-stack project context).

• Machine Learning and AI (a plus): Any experience with ML/AI models for Back-End integration is a significant advantage.
