We've already found success on the MENA market and currently expanding to the U.S., starting with New York. You'll be among the first people joining the New York team (remotely, you may be located in any LatAm country).
Who You Are:
You have a proven track record of working with creators, a strong customer orientation, and a passion for building scalable systems that enable creators to thrive. You’re an excellent English communicator who can balance empathy with operational rigor, always striving to turn feedback into action and ensure every creator feels supported and empowered on Halo AI.
What You'll Do:
1. Creator Onboarding & Engagement
Welcome and Onboard Creators: Deliver engaging onboarding experiences, ensuring every creator understands how to maximize their success on Halo.
Feedback Collection: Systematically gather and document creator feedback during onboarding and throughout their journey to inform continuous platform improvements.
Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for creators, responding promptly and empathetically to their questions, concerns, and feedback across all communication channels (WhatsApp, DMs, email, etc.).
2. Proactive Creator Success
Performance Monitoring: Regularly review creator activity and campaign participation, proactively identifying and addressing any barriers to creator success.
Creator Outreach: Initiate check-ins with creators, remind them of key opportunities or deadlines, and celebrate their milestones to foster ongoing engagement.
Re-Engagement: Identify and reach out to inactive creators to understand challenges, offer support, and encourage renewed participation.
3. Operational Excellence & Support
Inbound Support Management: Efficiently manage and resolve inbound creator queries via WhatsApp, DMs, and other support channels, ensuring timely and helpful responses.
Issue Escalation: Quickly escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team members for collaborative problem-solving.
SOPs & Knowledge Base: Develop, document, and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of FAQs to enable scalable, high-quality support.
4. Campaign Operations
Campaign Coordination: Support campaign execution where required to nudge creators, acquire feedback or otherwise.
Performance Reporting: Generate and share regular reports summarizing creator activity, campaign outcomes, and key insights to inform strategy.
Campaign Support Tasks: Assist with campaign logistics, such as resolving technical issues (e.g., QR code redemption) and collecting required deliverables from creators.
5. Platform & Process Improvement
Signal vs. Noise: Analyze creator feedback and platform data to distinguish actionable insights from less critical input, prioritizing improvements that drive creator success at scale.
Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the broader team to identify, test, and implement scalable solutions that enhance the creator experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Experience: 4+ years in creator/influencer success, community management, or a related role, ideally in a startup or tech-driven environment.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a bonus, but not mandatory); able to communicate empathetically and efficiently across multiple channels (WhatsApp, DMs, email, etc.).
Operational Mindset: Proven ability to build, document, and refine processes (SOPs, FAQs) that scale support and engagement.
Analytical Approach: Comfortable analyzing feedback and platform data to identify actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.
Tech Savvy: Proficient with CRM, support tools, and digital collaboration platforms; quick to learn new technologies and AI-powered tools.
What we offer:
Full-time job (8 working hours per day, Monday-Friday). Please note that we will not consider candidates planning to combine this job with another one.
Remote work. You may be located in almost any country, just need a good Internet connection, a powerful computer to work from, and the opportunity to adjust your working schedule for the team (from 9 am to 5 pm New York time).

Salary will be discussed during the interview. Paid in USD.
