We've already found success on the MENA market and currently expanding to the U.S., starting with New York. You'll be among the first people joining the New York team (remotely, you may be located in any LatAm country).
Who You Are:
You are a proactive, results-driven professional with a knack for uncovering opportunities and connecting with decision-makers. You thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment and are comfortable juggling multiple priorities. You have a keen eye for detail, are highly organized, and bring a consultative, persuasive approach to every interaction. Your experience with outreach, lead generation, or sales development—especially with SMBs in the US —sets you apart. You’re passionate about helping business owners deliver value for their business by succeeding in the creator economy.
What You'll Do:
1. Business Development
● Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (calls, email, social, etc.) designed to clearly articulate Halo’s unique value proposition—demonstrating how our platform removes upfront risk, simplifies influencer marketing, and delivers measurable ROI.
● Engage prospects in consultative conversations to understand their pain points and marketing goals. Confidently address objections, educate on industry best practices, and position Halo as the solution to their challenges.
● Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Halo’s advanced features and platform upgrades to existing and prospective clients by clearly communicating added value, tailoring recommendations to client needs.
● Diligently track all outreach activities, prospect responses, and onboarding progress using call tracking and CRM tools. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently move prospects toward conversion.
● Work closely with the team to refine sales messaging, share insights from prospect interactions, and optimize outreach strategies to improve conversion rates and shorten sales cycles.
● Research and identify relevant SMBs, with a focus on sectors such as food & beverage, local services, and retail.
● Enrich business data by gathering contact details, social profiles, and decision-maker information using advanced tools and online resources.
2. Onboarding & Relationship Building
● Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition onto the platform.
● Communicate clearly and effectively to set expectations and ensure clients understand how to use the platform to achieve their goals.
● Continuously provide feedback to improve outreach processes and platform features.
Requirements:
● Excellent written and spoken English (Spanish is a bonus, but not mandatory).
● Proven experience in contact center, outreach, lead generation, or sales development, preferably with SMBs in the US market.
● Ability to work independently and deliver results against clearly set conversion and onboarding targets.
● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing large datasets and multiple outreach channels.
● Proficient with advanced tools for call tracking, CRM, and data enrichment.
● Strong communication skills and a persuasive, consultative approach.
Preferred:
● Experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or SaaS platform onboarding.
● Familiarity with the SMB landscape in the US market.
What we offer:
Full-time job (8 working hours per day, Monday-Friday). Please note that we will not consider candidates planning to combine this job with another one.
Remote work. You may be located in almost any country, just need a good Internet connection, a powerful computer to work from, and the opportunity to adjust your working schedule for the team (from 9 am to 5 pm New York time).

Salary will be discussed during the interview. Base + bonuses. Paid in USD.
