We've already found success on the MENA market and currently expanding to the U.S., starting with New York. You'll be among the first people joining the New York team (remotely, you may be located in any LatAm country).
Who You Are:
You are a customer success champion with a proven track record of building lasting relationships and driving client satisfaction, ideally in the creator marketing space. Your exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish enable you to connect authentically with diverse clients as their trusted advisor. With your customer-centric mindset driving every decision, you prioritize client success above all else, leveraging your experience to help clients maximize their platform value.
What You'll Do:
1. Customer Success & Account Management
Act as the primary point of contact for brand clients, delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring they achieve maximum value from Halo's AI-powered creator marketing solutions
Manage and nurture client accounts through strategic consultation, helping brands optimize their influencer marketing strategy and campaign performance
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess campaign performance, ROI, and strategic alignment with their marketing objectives
Collaborate with internal Sales, Social and Marketing teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving revenue expansion across your client portfolio
2. Campaign Performance & Strategic Advisory
Monitor real-time campaign delivery and performance metrics through Halo's analytics dashboard, proactively addressing any issues with engagement rates, content delivery, or other targets
Review and evaluate campaign briefs, providing strategic feedback to optimize brand-creator alignment and campaign effectiveness
Translate marketing KPIs (ROAS, brand awareness, engagement metrics) into Halo platform configurations and actionable recommendations
Support the development of customer success playbooks that drive consistent campaign outcomes and platform adoption across your client base
3. Client Onboarding & Enablement
Lead the onboarding process for new brand clients, ensuring smooth platform implementation and educating them on Halo AI's autonomous features and best practices
Deliver stakeholder-specific training sessions on platform capabilities, campaign optimization, and performance analytics to maximize client self-sufficiency
Create and maintain comprehensive knowledge base of FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and best practices to enable client self-service and reduce support friction
4. Data-Driven Success Management
Track and analyze client health metrics using advanced analytics tools, monitoring platform adoption, campaign frequency, and engagement against contract commitments
Co-develop customer outcome plans with clear KPIs, success metrics, and growth targets aligned to each brand's specific marketing objectives
Serve as the voice of brand clients to inform Halo's product roadmap, sales processes, and feature development priorities based on real-world campaign needs
Requirements:
Relevant Experience: 4+ years in customer success for Small and Medium Businesses, account management, or client-facing roles, preferably in SaaS, marketing tech, or influencer/creator marketing.
Communication: Fluent in English (Spanish is a bonus, but not mandatory), with strong presentation and relationship-building skills across diverse client profiles.
Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to consult with clients, optimize campaign strategies, and translate marketing KPIs into actionable platform recommendations.
Data-Driven: Experience using analytics dashboards and tools to monitor client health, campaign performance, and drive outcome-based decisions.
Training & Enablement: Skilled at onboarding clients, delivering training sessions, and developing resources (knowledge bases, playbooks) that empower client self-sufficiency.
What we offer:
Full-time job (8 working hours per day, Monday-Friday). Please note that we will not consider candidates planning to combine this job with another one.
Remote work. You may be located in almost any country, just need a good Internet connection, a powerful computer to work from, and the opportunity to adjust your working schedule for the team (from 9 am to 5 pm New York time).

Salary will be discussed during the interview. Paid in USD.
