PROSPR Financial Wellness is a US-based growing startup in the financial mental health and wellness sector. Their mission is to reduce the stress and anxiety people feel around money by offering services that empower individuals and businesses with the tools to build financial resiliency, clarity, and focus.

Led by Simi Mandelbaum, a Certified Financial Therapist (CFT-I), Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC), and Financial Behavior Specialist (FBS®), PROSPR has helped hundreds of clients live financially healthier lives. Simi has been featured on the Kosher Money podcast and regularly presents for national and international audiences.

Now, PROSPR is launching a new “butler-style” service offering — a personalized concierge coaching experience — and they’re seeking a freelance consultant to help map, structure, and document its operations so that it can scale seamlessly and possibly franchise in the future.

🧩 About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic, process-minded SOP & Operations Consultant to help PROSPR document and standardize internal workflows. Your work will directly support the growth and scalability of this new service line — and you’ll play a key role in building its operational infrastructure from the ground up.

This is a short-term consulting engagement, with flexible hours and potential for repeat collaboration.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Interview the CEO and team members to understand current workflows and pain points

• Map out client experiences (from first contact to onboarding and follow-up)

• Structure back-end operations (coach handoffs, automations, internal coordination)

• Design and deliver clear, franchise-ready SOPs

• Develop documentation, flowcharts, checklists, and supporting materials

• Suggest and optimize tools and automations

• Interview clients to understand their journey and improve the service experience

• Advise on implementation

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• Experience designing SOPs and improving operational workflows

• Strong analytical thinking and process structuring skills

• Ability to lead interviews, uncover bottlenecks, and propose better systems

• Tech-savvy and resourceful — comfortable with modern tools and workflow automations

• Clear communicator and visual thinker (flowcharts, SOP documents, service maps)

• Experience with service-based businesses or franchise systems is a plus

• Fluent English required

🌍 Time Zone

PROSPR team works from 9 am to 5 pm EST (New York time), so all the interviews and interactions with them will be during those hours.

• Complete SOP documentation and supporting materials

• Flowcharts and diagrams that visualize the full process - client-facing and internal

• Implementation guidelines or support coordination with the internal team

• Deliverables should align with franchise standards
