Role Overview
We’re looking for a Recruitment Assistant — an entry-level role perfect for someone who is curious about recruitment, confident in communication, and eager to learn.
You’ll play a key role in pre-screening candidates via short calls and helping senior recruiters focus only on the best matches. You’ll also support the team with sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining databases, and assisting on ad-hoc projects.
This role requires someone who is flexible, proactive, and ready to adapt — priorities may shift depending on client needs and team projects.
What You’ll Do
Pre-screen candidates via short WhatsApp or Zoom calls (usually 10–15 mins) using prepared scripts and qualification checklists.
Ask filtering questions to quickly identify red flags and ensure only the strongest candidates move forward.
Schedule full interviews between shortlisted candidates and senior recruiters.
Assist the team with sourcing candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms.
Update candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System and maintain organized reports.
Support with any other ad-hoc projects depending on your skills and team priorities.

Strong communication skills — you feel comfortable talking to strangers, guiding conversations, and asking screening questions confidently.

Organizational skills — you can manage multiple tasks, track progress in tools, and keep databases updated.
Flexibility & adaptability — you’re comfortable switching priorities when needed and ready to assist wherever required.
Team player attitude — you collaborate closely with recruiters and jump in to help when needed.
- Bonus points if you have:
Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or customer-facing roles.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, ATS systems, or sourcing tools.
Working Hours
Our team works across time zones, collaborating with candidates in Eastern Europe and Latin America, and clients in the US. Ideal working hours: from 10 am to 6 pm Central European Time (GMT+1). However, we’re open to considering alternative schedules depending on your location and preferences.
