Entrepreneur, Founder & CEO of ImmCore.ai – an AI-paralegal for US Immigration (business & talent). ImmCore.ai is a pre-seed ($0,5M) startup on a mission to make talent & business immigration x10 easier.
Newly minted immigrant, based between Argentina and the US.

Tasks ahead:
- Work tasks (80%):
- With Vladimir’s lead, take over PR operations at ImmCore.ai:
Build & maintain relationships with LegalTech journalists.
Monitor relevant news/events.
Project-manage preparation of content & expert commentary.
- With Vladimir’s lead, support marketing operations for ImmCore.ai and his personal brand:
Work with PMM/SMM to automate our activities LinkedIn, X (Twitter), blog, etc.
Assit him with demo & sales calls prep, demo days, and conferences.
Assist him with reports, presentations, workshops for team, investors, board.
Project-manage the launch & production of a podcast.
Proactively interview Vladimir & push him to publish his content.
- With Vladimir’s lead, take over PR operations at ImmCore.ai:
- Personal tasks (20%):
Travel planning – turn-key planning and booking, optimize price/quality, handle registrations and communication with rental, hotels, agencies, etc.
Bureaucracy – e.g., gather info & prepare docs for Uruguayan residence permit, find lawyer, fit meetings into Vladimir’s calendar.
Leisure – plan hiking, organize poker nights, schedule dates for Vladimir and his wife.
Health – book doctors, manage checkups, vitamins, supplements deliveries.
Household – order stuff online, find electrician, arrange deliveries.
Research – e.g., best fridge for parents, find photographer for family shoot.

Format & Schedule:
Remote, full-time.
You must overlap with Vladimir’s working hours for at least 4 hours per day between 9 am and 5 pm Argentina time (GMT-3). The remaining 4 working hours can be completed outside this window, which makes the role suitable for Europe-based candidates as well.
Outside these hours, Vladimir may send you tasks but doesn’t expect immediate replies (unless critical).
