The company offers both innovative insurance solutions and a proprietary cloud platform designed to drive better risk management, streamline claims, and enable smarter underwriting decisions.
Tricura consists of two interconnected businesses:
Tricura Insurance – focused on providing smarter, data-driven insurance coverage through a wide network of brokers.
Gemini Analytics – the tech arm powering automation, analytics, and optimization for the insurance side and beyond.
We’re looking for a Senior RevOps & Marketing Automation Specialist who can own our go-to-market infrastructure — building automations, workflows, and systems that tie marketing and sales together. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and can provide leadership within a lean, agile team.
What you’ll do:
Hubspot Mastery: Own our Hubspot setup end-to-end — workflows, lead scoring, sequences, tagging, CRM hygiene, attribution, and more.
Automation & Tools: Build advanced automation sequences using Hubspot, n8n, Luma, and other forward-looking tools.
AI Integration: Identify and implement AI-powered tools that increase speed, personalization, and efficiency across campaigns.
Multi-Channel Execution: Design and manage outreach across Phone, SMS, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Zoom, Email, and Voicemail.
Revenue Operations: Align systems and data across marketing and sales to improve visibility, efficiency, and conversion rates.
Performance Tracking: Build reporting frameworks that track funnel performance and campaign ROI.
Leadership Support: Collaborate with leadership to shape growth priorities, and provide guidance to the marketing team on execution.
What we’re looking for:
Proven Hubspot expertise (advanced workflows, automations, reporting, attribution).
Strong RevOps or marketing automation background (preferably B2B, SaaS, or insurance/financial services).
Experience with n8n (required); knowledge of Luma and other automation tools a plus.
Comfort with AI-powered tools and a tech-forward mindset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
Great communicator with leadership potential — able to collaborate across teams and guide less senior marketers.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
What we offer:
Full-time position (8 hours a day; Mon-Fri; between 9 am and 6 pm New York time).
Fully remote work. You may be located in almost any country or city, just need a computer to work from, a great internet connection, and an opportunity to adjust your working hours with the schedule of the team.
