Tricura Insurance Group is a fast-growing startup operating at the intersection of insurance and technology. The company offers both innovative insurance solutions and a proprietary cloud platform designed to drive better risk management, streamline claims, and enable smarter underwriting decisions.
Tricura consists of two interconnected businesses:
Tricura Insurance – focused on providing smarter, data-driven insurance coverage through a wide network of brokers.
Gemini Analytics – the tech arm powering automation, analytics, and optimization for the insurance side and beyond.
We’re now hiring a Marketing Specialist - a creative, hands-on executor who can produce compelling content, run campaigns, and ensure Tricura’s brand is clean, impactful, and conversion-driven.
What you’ll do:
Content Creation: Write and publish LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, marketing copy, and collateral that engage and convert.
Campaign Management: Execute multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, social, events) in close collaboration with leadership.
Graphic Design: Create polished assets (LinkedIn visuals, PDFs, PowerPoints, one-pagers, event materials) that elevate our brand.
Social Media Management: Build and maintain our LinkedIn content calendar; post updates regularly.
Multi-Channel Execution: Support outbound messaging across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and events.
Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance and share insights to optimize future activities.
What we’re looking for:
Strong content writing skills (LinkedIn, email, B2B campaigns).
Hands-on design experience (Canva, Adobe Suite, or Figma).
Previous B2B marketing experience (ideally in tech, SaaS, or insurance).
Self-starter attitude — highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Comfortable learning new tools and adapting quickly.
Strong English writing and communication skills.
Bonus: Some Hubspot experience (nice-to-have, not required).
What we offer:
Full-time position (8 hours a day; Mon-Fri; between 9 am and 6 pm New York time).
Fully remote work. You may be located in almost any country or city, just need a computer to work from, a great internet connection, and an opportunity to adjust your working hours with the schedule of the team.
