We are looking for a Client Partner / Sales & Client Success Lead who will be the main point of contact for our clients — building strong partnerships, managing the entire sales cycle, and working closely with our recruiting team to ensure successful placements. This role is ideal for someone with a background in recruitment who enjoys relationship-building, consultative sales, and the idea of growing into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients: build trust, understand hiring needs, and provide strategic advice.
Conduct intake calls with clients to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
Keep clients engaged and informed throughout the recruitment process.
Sales & Business Development
Conduct sales calls and discovery calls with new prospects.
Convert warm leads into active clients by presenting Hire5 services and value proposition.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.
Contribute to outbound outreach campaigns together with the COO.
Collaboration with Recruiting Team
Work closely with recruiters and sourcer to align on client needs.
Ensure candidate pipelines meet client expectations.
Communicate client feedback to improve the hiring process.
Strategic Growth & Leadership
Develop a deep understanding of client industries and hiring trends.
Bring new ideas for improving client experience, sales processes, and service offerings.
Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), client success, or sales in the HR/recruitment industry.
Fluency in English and Russian (both written and spoken).
Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
Comfort with sales calls, negotiations, and presenting solutions to decision-makers.
Knowledge of CRM/ATS systems (e.g., HubSpot, Teamtailor).
Understanding of global hiring markets and remote work trends.
Experience working with U.S. or EU clients/startups.
