The Role
We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to focus on a new product in our suite. This role is critical to testing product-market fit, gathering insights, and driving early adoption. You’ll be the first touchpoint for prospective customers, generating demos that directly impact revenue and strategic decisions.
Unlike a standard SDR role, this position requires high business acumen, curiosity, and critical thinking. Success isn’t about pitching features — it’s about uncovering customer challenges, connecting the dots to our solutions, and starting conversations that matter.
What You’ll Do
Drive growth through outbound prospecting, with a strong emphasis on cold calling (50–60 calls/day).
Leverage automated email sequences and LinkedIn outreach to support pipeline building.
Hit a target of 16 demos conducted per month (handoff to Account Executives).
Research accounts and prospects to understand their pain points and how TraceAir can help.
Serve as a product specialist SDR, gathering market feedback on our new 360° interior construction monitoring solution.
Collaborate with AEs, Marketing, and RevOps to refine messaging, campaigns, and processes.
Contribute to the development of TraceAir’s Sales Development Playbook.

Salesloft, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Clay, HubSpot, Warmly, Sendlane, Bark, LinkedIn, and more.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent English for cold calling US clients.
Comfortable with cold calling (50–60 calls/day) and handling objections with confidence.
Track record of hitting or exceeding lead generation and demo booking targets in an SDR, BDR, or other sales roles.
Experience working with sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesloft, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Clay, HubSpot, LinkedIn).
Ability to research accounts, identify decision-makers, and personalize outreach.
Intelligent, curious, and motivated — able to quickly grasp business challenges and think critically.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the grit to succeed in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
Strong communication skills: you know how to get prospects talking and open doors.
Adaptable and collaborative — you’ll work across sales, success, and product teams.
Remote work experience and readiness to work across different US time zones (Eastern, Central, and Pacific).
Nice to Have
Prior experience in SaaS sales, ideally in ConstructionTech, PropTech, or related industries.
Exposure to selling or supporting new product launches.
Background in startup or high-growth company environments.
Strong presence on LinkedIn and/or comfort with video messaging in sales.
