You thrive on bringing order to complexity and ensuring every project delivers real business value.

Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate regular touchpoints with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of expectations, progress, and dependencies.
Conflict Resolution: Navigate competing priorities and resolve cross-functional challenges diplomatically to keep projects on track.
3. Vendor & Partner Management
RFP Leadership: Lead end-to-end RFP processes for technology solutions, including requirements gathering, vendor evaluation, proposal analysis, and selection recommendations.
Vendor Relationships: Manage relationships with technology partners and vendors, ensuring contractual obligations are met, deadlines are honored, and service quality meets expectations.
Performance Monitoring: Track vendor performance against SLAs and project commitments, addressing issues proactively and escalating when necessary.
4. Risk Management & Quality Assurance
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks; develop and execute mitigation strategies to minimize disruption.
Change Management: Manage scope changes effectively, assessing impact on timelines, budgets, and resources while maintaining stakeholder alignment.
Event-Driven Delivery: Ensure technology initiatives align with event-driven milestones and deadlines critical to CRA's business operations.
5. Governance & Reporting
Executive Reporting: Deliver concise, insightful status updates to leadership highlighting progress, milestones achieved, risks, budget status, and next steps.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, risk registers, and lessons learned.
Process Improvement: Establish and refine project management best practices, templates, and governance frameworks to drive efficiency and consistency across the organization.
6. Continuous Improvement
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze project outcomes against success metrics, identifying opportunities for process optimization and increased ROI.
Knowledge Sharing: Document and share lessons learned, best practices, and insights to strengthen organizational project management capabilities.
Innovation: Stay current on project management methodologies, tools, and industry best practices to continuously enhance delivery effectiveness.
Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years managing technology or digital transformation projects, ideally within a media, events, or B2B professional services environment.

Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; able to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
Organizational Excellence: Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Vendor Management: Experience leading RFP processes, evaluating technology solutions, and managing vendor relationships and performance.
Technical Acumen: Familiarity with technology integrations, enterprise platforms, and digital transformation initiatives; able to understand technical requirements and constraints.
