Tricura Insurance Group is a rapidly growing, tech-enabled insurance and risk-management company redefining how healthcare organizations protect, manage, and strengthen their operations. Founded by industry experts with deep backgrounds in clinical care, risk management, and technology, Tricura delivers tailored liability coverage and advanced claims management to some of the most complex and high-risk healthcare environments.
Led by Gabriel Mayer (CEO), Beau Walker (CTO), and Matthew Queen (COO), Tricura leverages cutting-edge AI, machine learning, and data intelligence to enhance underwriting precision, improve risk analysis, and deliver better outcomes for healthcare providers.
Our mission: Improve the quality of care delivery and strengthen provider businesses while reducing the cost of risk.
Our group includes three innovative companies that together create a unified, data-driven ecosystem for healthcare risk and performance:
🧭 Orion – A digital insurance marketplace and distribution platform that connects healthcare providers and brokers through seamless, data-driven coverage solutions.
💼 Gemini Analytics – Our underwriting and risk analytics powerhouse, transforming healthcare through technology that improves risk management, survey readiness, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes. We support organizations across skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care.
🛡 Centaur – Our claims and clinical operations company, delivering fast, human-centered support and operational excellence when providers need it most.
Together, these platforms modernize the healthcare insurance value chain — from underwriting and policy management to claims, compliance, and quality of care. Tricura is a global, remote-first team reshaping the future of healthcare insurance. If you’re passionate about impact, innovation, and purpose, you’ll find your place here.
