Project Manager & Operations Specialist
Location: Remote

Reports to: Founder & CEO
About The Cycle
The Cycle is the first ready-to-drink beverage designed to help women enjoy their cycle. Backed by real ingredients and science, we’re on a mission to make period and PMS relief as normal—and as joyful—as your morning matcha.
As we scale across retail, DTC, and community-led channels, we are looking for a highly organized Project Manager & Operations Specialist. This role is the central hub of our team, responsible for translating the Founder’s vision into actionable plans and ensuring our internal engine runs smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Team & Project Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for designers, contractors, and freelancers, managing timelines and ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule.
Operational Systems: Build and maintain the internal workflows and tools (Notion, Slack, etc.) that keep the team organized as we scale.
Marketing & Retail Support: Manage the logistics of influencer partnerships, retail launches, and in-store demos, ensuring all parties have the resources they need.
Strategic Research: Oversee partner outreach (influencers, retailers, and local communities) and manage the high-level communication funnel.
Data & Insights Management: Lead customer feedback initiatives, analyze survey data, and present actionable insights to the Founder to improve the user experience.
Grant & Program Management: End-to-end ownership of brand-support programs, from identifying opportunities to submitting complex grant applications.
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a coordination-heavy marketing role (preferably within a startup or CPG environment).
The "Middle-Level" Mindset: You don’t just wait for tasks; you identify bottlenecks and propose solutions before they become problems.
Mastery of Organization: Expert-level ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing sight of the details.
Effective Communication: The ability to manage up (to the CEO) and down (to freelancers) with clarity and professional tact.
Mission-Driven: A genuine passion for women’s health and the wellness industry.
Nice to Have
Direct experience in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or beverage industry.
Proficiency in project management software (Asana, ClickUp, or Notion).
Experience managing external agencies or specialized freelancers.
A background in data analysis or reporting.
What We Offer
Full-time commitment: 8 hours/day, Monday–Friday. We are looking for a dedicated partner, not a freelancer with other clients.
Global Remote Work: Work from anywhere. All you need is high-speed internet and the ability to provide 3 hours of daily overlap with PST (Pacific Standard Time).
Long-term Growth: We want someone to grow into a leadership role as the company expands. We expect a 1.5+ year commitment.
