Gordon’s Capital Partners is a boutique commercial real estate and financing firm focused on sourcing and structuring funding for a wide range of projects — from residential mortgages to complex commercial deals, including fix-and-flip, redevelopment, and ground-up construction.
The company operates in a highly dynamic, deal-driven environment, working with multiple lenders, clients, and investment opportunities across the US market.
You will be working directly with the founder, Boris Radchenko, gaining hands-on exposure to real estate financing operations and deal execution.
About the role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support a commercial mortgage broker working across real estate and financing projects in the US.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is comfortable handling multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
This is not a typical “calendar + inbox” assistant role.
You’ll be involved in real deal flow, client communication, and helping move transactions forward.

Working hours
Part-time schedule (4h/day)
Must have 3-4 hours overlap with EST (New York time), please check the time difference here
Preferred working window: 10 AM - 4 PM EST
Requirements
Clear communication in English (written and spoken)
Strong attention to detail and logical thinking
Good organizational and follow-up skills
Comfortable working with documents (PDF, Excel, Word)
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Comfortable using tools like email, spreadsheets, and messaging apps
Russian language is a strong plus
Key responsibilities
Support day-to-day operations across multiple deals and projects
Follow up with clients to collect required documents
Organize and maintain files in shared folders (e.g. Google Drive)
Prepare and structure documentation for deal processing
Communicate with clients and partners via email and WhatsApp
Track deal progress and ensure all steps are completed on time
Assist with scheduling and coordination
Gradually take on more ownership (e.g. submitting files to lenders)
