Digital Designer (Remote) — CyberRisk Alliance
CyberRisk Alliance (CRA) is a business intelligence company serving the global cybersecurity community through content, events, and marketing solutions. They work across a portfolio of trusted brands to help professionals make better decisions, build stronger strategies, and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.
They’re currently looking for a Digital Designer to join the team and support a wide range of digital design needs across multiple brands and channels.
Key responsibilities
Be part of a busy team that provides creative, design and UX support for a variety of products and services produced by CRA for internal and external customers
Create and produce digital assets for a variety of media channels and projects including social media (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin etc); email newsletters, and desktop/mobile websites
Create motion graphics and animated assets for video, social and digital platforms (After Effects or equivalent)
Work within templates for efficient, scalable production output
Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline
Motivation to support and maintain style guide, brand identity, and guidelines for internal and partner use
Collaborate with web development team to ensure designs are achievable and provide handoff of final deliverables for implementation
Participate in stakeholder meetings to present and inform partners on design process and decisions
Async communication and proactive status updates required
What they’re looking for
This is a production-focused digital design role. They’re not looking for a purely conceptual designer — they need someone who can execute quickly and consistently within an existing system.
Must-have
3+ years of experience in digital / visual design. Can operate within guidelines and systems
Strong proficiency in: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva (for fast production tasks)
Experience designing for: Websites / landing pages, Email campaigns, Social media
Understanding of HTML / CSS basics (ability to design feasible layouts)
Experience working with templates and design systems
Ability to work independently within an established design system spanning 14 brands, each with distinct visual identities unified under common standards
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Nice to have
Motion design skills (After Effects or similar tools)
Experience in agency or media environments
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
Experience supporting event or conference branding
Understanding of subscription, paid media, or event-driven business models
