Head of Content & Events for Dreem
Head of Content & Events for Dreem - a US-based AI immigration platform (remote).
Dreem is an expert-led AI immigration platform that helps Founders and global Tech talent secure U.S. work visas. We are $2M pre-seed, a team of 60+, headquartered in the US with founders across the US, UK, Cyprus, and Argentina. We move fast, work with high-context people, and build with AI at the core of everything we do.
About the role:
This is a senior IC role with a team to build. You will sit inside our Marketing team (2 PMMs + 1 SMM) with access to a shared pool of contractors — and you are expected to bring your own trusted freelancers.
We have already run AMA sessions, webinars, and Reddit AMAs across different communities. You will take what is working, scale it, and build new formats on top of it. This is not a setup-from-scratch role — it is a scale-and-own role.
What you will drive:
AMA Sessions — Primary Focus
Own our AMA program end-to-end: community AMAs, Reddit AMAs, and expert-led sessions.
Source and confirm community leaders; manage outreach from intro to committed.
We pay community owners and leaders. You manage those relationships and that budget.
Expand what is already working and launch new formats where there is signal.
Webinars & Events — Supporting Format
Run webinars in parallel as a secondary format — same full-cycle ownership: speaker sourcing, promotion, execution, follow-up.
Focus on sessions with well-known experts that drive reach and partner distribution.
Post-Event Content Engine
Turn every AMA and webinar into a stream of content across company’s social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and beyond).
Build the system that captures, formats, and distributes content consistently — the real impact happens after the session.
Post-Event Funnels
This is not about registrations — it is about what happens next.
Turn events into ongoing conversations, content flows, and measurable pipeline.
Success is measured in ROI, CAC, CPSQL — not reach alone.
AI-Powered Workflows
Use AI tools and agents to accelerate outreach, research, and content production without sacrificing quality.
You have built at least one workflow that delivered measurable impact — and you know how to review AI outputs critically, not just generate them.
Requirements:
Fluent English proficiency to confidently communicate with US-based partners, experts, and internal team members.
Proven experience running AMAs, webinars, or similar community/events end-to-end, including outreach, coordination, execution, and follow-up.
Strong cold outreach skills with the ability to engage and secure participation from industry experts and community leaders.
Understanding of performance-driven marketing metrics (ROI, CAC, CPSQL) and how events contribute to pipeline generation, not just engagement.
Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g. Claude, Cursor, agents, automations) used to improve speed and execution quality.
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple parallel priorities and drive work independently.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-context environment with shifting priorities and minimal structure.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
It would be a plus if:
You have worked with US influencers or global industry experts
You understand LinkedIn content dynamics — what works and why
You have experience in high-ticket B2C sales or legal/immigration services
You have built automation workflows (Make, Zapier, n8n) or AI agents beyond basic usage
Working hours:
The role requires strong overlap with US Eastern Time (ET) due to the live and time-sensitive nature of AMAs, webinars, and community activity, and involves close collaboration with a distributed team across the US (primarily ET), UK, Cyprus, and Argentina. (EST time zone, click here to check your time difference).
What we offer:
Full-time job (8 working hours per day, 5/2). Please note that we will not consider candidates planning to combine several jobs.
Remote work. You may be located in almost any city, just need a good Internet connection, a computer to work from, and an opportunity to work the needed hours in the team’s time zone.
All necessary tools covered — full stack, no budget friction
Experiment budget up to $10k/month; unlimited budget for revenue-generating initiatives
Shared contractor pool from day one + freedom to bring your own network
An existing program with proven tests to build from — not a blank slate
Direct line to the Marketing Leader and founders

Salary will be discussed during the interview. Paid in USD.
