US Talent Network — Future Career Opportunities
About this initiative
For years, our team has connected talented people with career opportunities at US companies. Now we're starting a new chapter, and it's focused on professionals based in the United States.
We work with a growing network of US-based hiring managers, with opportunities across leading SaaS companies and fast-growing AI startups.
The US Talent Network is our ongoing initiative to build real relationships with great people across the country. It isn't a campaign for one role, and it isn't a database where CVs go to collect dust. It's a way for us to understand who you are and what you're looking for, so we can think of you when the right opportunity comes along.
A candidate-first approach
Most recruitment starts with a vacancy and works backwards: find someone who ticks the boxes, fast.
We want to do it the other way around. We'd rather get to know great people first, then look for opportunities that make sense for them.
In practice, that means:
We start with your story, not a job spec. Your background, the problems you enjoy solving, and what you want from your next role all shape how we match you.
We only reach out when there's a real reason to. If we contact you, it's because an opportunity lines up with your experience and the direction you told us you want to go.
We're honest about fit. If a role isn't right for you, we'll say so. A good match matters more to us than a fast one.
We think long term. Even if the timing isn't right today, we'd like to stay in touch as your career develops.
We want to get to know great people first, so we can connect them with the right opportunities when the time comes.

Company stage: from early-stage startups to growth-stage scale-ups and established technology companies
Industry: SaaS, AI and other technology-driven businesses
Working arrangement: some roles are fully remote, some are hybrid and some are on-site. This depends entirely on the company and the role, so not every opportunity will be available in every format. We'll always be clear about it upfront.
Don't see your exact role listed? Apply anyway. This list reflects the kinds of roles we see most often, not the limits of our network.
Who should join our talent network
There's no checklist for joining. But the people who tend to thrive in the companies we work with share a few qualities:
You communicate clearly and work well with people across different teams
You take ownership of your work and follow through
You're proactive and comfortable taking initiative without waiting to be told
You adapt quickly and enjoy fast-moving environments
You like solving problems, especially messy ones
You're curious and keen to keep learning
You have a track record of getting things done, whatever that looks like in your field
These aren't requirements, and you don't need to match every point. They're simply the qualities we see most often in the roles we work on. If you recognise yourself in a few of them, we'd like to hear from you.
Important: US work authorization
Please read this before applying.
Most of the opportunities we work with do not offer visa sponsorship. For that reason, this network is designed for people who are already authorized to work in the United States.
Requirements can vary from company to company, and a small number of roles may be more flexible. But in general, you should already have the right to work in the US to be considered. We ask about this in the application form so we can match you with roles that work for your situation. You won't need to share any documents at this stage.
What happens after you apply?
1. Submit your application
Fill in a short form, upload your CV and share your contact details. It takes about five minutes.
2. CV review
Our team reviews your profile and adds relevant candidates to our talent network. This helps us understand your background, experience and the kinds of roles you're interested in.
3. Matching
When an opportunity comes up that fits your background and career goals, we may share your profile with the hiring company.
4. Getting in touch
If there's interest, we'll reach out to tell you about the opportunity and talk through your experience and what you're looking for.
5. Hiring manager conversation
If it's a good fit on both sides, the next step is usually a conversation with the company's hiring manager.
Not everyone will go through every step, and the timing depends on when relevant roles open up. Some people hear from us quickly. For others, the right opportunity takes longer to appear.
What to expect from us
We want to be upfront about how this works.
We'll reach out when a relevant opportunity comes up.
Joining our network means you'll be considered for future roles that fit your background. It doesn't guarantee an interview, a job offer or employment, and it isn't an application for a specific vacancy.
We expect a lot of interest in this initiative, so we may not be able to reply to every application individually. That doesn't mean your application has disappeared. We review every profile, keep relevant candidates in our network, and come back to them when we see a potential match.
If your situation changes, for example you move, change roles or start looking for something different, you're always welcome to update your application.
Ready to join?
If you're a US-based professional who wants a recruitment partner that starts with your goals, we'd love to meet you.
Upload your CV, tell us a little about yourself and join our US Talent Network. We'll reach out when a relevant opportunity comes up.
